ROSIE DURAN

Rosie is the Larimer Health Connect Program Coordinator. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Colorado in 1998. Rosie has 2 teenagers, a spouse and 2 furry friends that could not be more different (a yellow Labrador Retriever named Duke and a Maltese named Bandit - yes, the name says it all). Rosie received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Technical Communications from Colorado State University and has been working at the Health District since 1998.  She has been working with Medicaid and CHP+ for 17 years, and the marketplace since its inception in 2014. "I am passionate about what I do and most importantly, I enjoy the families and individuals we serve, knowing that I am truly helping them in a way that makes a huge difference in their lives." In her free time, Rosie enjoys spending time with family, reading and biking.

MYLINH HAN

Mylinh is originally from El Monte, California, but has lived in the Fort Collins/Loveland area since she was 3-years-old. She has an A.A.S. from Aims Community College, her credentials are R.T.(R)(ARRT), she is a certified Health Coverage Guide and she is fluent in Spanish. Mylinh loves teaching clients something new, helping them to understand what assistance is available to them and empowering individuals to maximize their health and preventive benefits. She also enjoys the ability to extend herself with all of the problem-solving that is involved and helping to trouble-shoot complex issues. In her free time, Mylinh enjoys reading and watching period films.

TRUDY HERMAN

Trudy has worked as a Health Coverage Specialist for 9 years and her own experiences coordinating a variety of health insurances with difficult family medical issues has given her a more sensitive approach when helping her own clients through the process. She enjoys meeting clients to help them navigate the complexities and changes of the Affordable Care Act and how it applies to their situation. Trudy says, “clients become friends” because each year there are changes to report like babies being born or kids aging out of their parent’s plan and entering into their own adult households. Trudy grew up in New Jersey, and as an adult lived in Spain, and other states, but Fort Collins has been home for over 31 years. As a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Nutrition, Trudy volunteered for 10 years to help the American Diabetes Association with the “Safe At School” program for Type I Diabetics. In her spare time, her interests include exercising and keeping healthy so she can keep up with her 4 grandchildren, playing games, teaching National Mah Jongg and zooming to meet up with friends who are far away.

ERMALINDA IBARRA

Ermalinda has been working with the Health District since 2010. She started out in the Dental office before she moved over to the Prescription Assistance program. With the introduction of the Affordable Care Act, Ermalinda transitioned over to her current role as a Health Coverage Specialist with Larimer Health Connect, where she provides bilingual assistance to help connect individuals with the best health coverage option to suit their financial and health needs. Ermalinda is a native Fort Collins resident with deep family roots in Northern Colorado. She has a loyal client following and enjoys helping people navigate the maze of health insurance and prescription assistance options. In her free time, Ermalinda stays busy as a mom of 3 kids, keeping up with all of their activities.

SARAH KASLOW

Sarah grew up in Laramie WY and earned her degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. She moved to Fort Collins in 2011. She began working at The Health District as a Health Coverage Guide in 2013. It was in this role that she realized her desire to advocate for health equity within her community. Sarah enjoys being able to provide guidance and build effective relationships with clients to maneuver through the sometimes complex and confusing process of getting health coverage, and making it fun whenever possible. In her free time Sarah enjoys trail running, hiking, and going on countless adventures with her boys.

DEVIN KEPLER

Devin is the Larimer Health Connect Team Supervisor. He has been actively involved in doing Medicaid outreach, enrollment and care management since 2010. He understands that health coverage is a personal decision, but enjoys coaching people to make informed choices about their options. Selecting a plan and figuring out how to use its benefits is not always straightforward, but Devin feels that healthcare access is a critical component of the Affordable Care Act and wants to help ensure people can understand how to seek care when they need it. Devin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, but he and his family have called Northern Colorado home since 2013. He enjoys the Colorado blue skies, spending time with his family, soccer, dogs, live music, big words, and re-watching his favorite episodes of "Star Trek."

ANN MARTIN

Ann was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee (Go Vols!). She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. For the past 30 years, she has proudly called Northern Colorado home. Ann thoroughly enjoys giving back to this community by helping the underserved successfully access resources. She has spent the last 19 years here at the Health District assisting individuals in the Prescription Assistance Program. And with the advent of the Affordable Care Act, her duties expanded to include assisting individuals with Health First Colorado (Medicaid) enrollment.

DEVINNE PARSONS

Originally from California, Devinne attended California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB) and earned a B.A. in Collaborative Health and Human Services with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration. She recently earned her Masers in Healthcare Administration and Management from Colorado State University. Devinne moved to Fort Collins in 2018 and loves calling it home. As the Program Support Specialist for Larimer Health Connect, she is the friendly face at the front desk. Devinne enjoys that we're truly making a difference in peoples lives and says, "health insurance can be overwhelming and I'm excited to gain the knowledge to help others learn more about their benefits as well." In her free time, Devinne enjoys reading, cooking, catching up with friends, and re-watching episodes of Friends.

ROY RAMIREZ

Roy has a B.A. in Psychology/Criminal Justice from the University of Texas Pan America, and over 11 years of experience in public service; mostly in employment services and case management. He was born and raised in south Texas and relocated to Colorado in 2017. Roy enjoys being able to directly impact the quality of life for his clients. "I have personally experienced many of the issues associated with lack of access to healthcare and I know first hand how that can affect quality of life. The look of relief on the faces of most of my clients when they leave my office is a tremendous motivating factor for me."   Roy enjoys watching movies, reading, birding, playing RPG video games, kettleball training and spending time with his family. Roy and his wife, Christina, will be celebrating their daughter's 1st birthday in 2020.

AMANDA SPRATT

Amanda is the Outreach and Education Specialist for Larimer Health Connect and is also the newest member of our team. She has her Master's of Public Health and is passionate about helping people live their best lives. Amanda has lived in Fort Collins since she was 6 years old and no matter how many times she moves away, she always finds her way back. She is excited to be in this new role where she can build community relationships to better serve Larimer County residents. In her free time, Amanda enjoys playing outside, spending time with her family and friends, cooking and reading.
