Enrollment Deadlines for 2025 Health Insurance Coverage

  • November 1st: Begin shopping for your 2025 Marketplace Health Insurance Plan.

  • December 1st: Existing plans will auto-renew on December 1st for coverage that starts January 1st, 2025. 

  • December 15th: Deadline to purchase a plan with coverage that starts January 1st, 2025.

  • January 15th: Last day to purchase a plan with coverage that starts February 1st, 2025.

Still uninsured? Open Enrollment is here and there are several options for you to enroll in a health insurance plan.

Big life changes? You may be eligible to sign up for a plan through the Connect for Health Colorado Marketplace outside of the Open Enrollment Period. Financial help may be available. See the list of Qualifying Life Change Events.

There are no deadlines to enroll in Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+). If eligible, you can enroll at any time of year.
