WHAT IS LARIMER HEALTH CONNECT?
Larimer Health Connect is a free service that helps people find the best options for health insurance to meet their family’s health needs and budget. Our trained staff provides free, impartial, in-person assistance with new, free and lower-cost health insurance plans, including plans from the Connect for Health Colorado ® Marketplace.
Larimer Health Connect is a project of the Health District of Northern Larimer County, a public special district dedicated to improving the health of our community.
We cannot offer advice on what plan to choose. If you need help making a final decision, see the Connect for Health Colorado website for a list of certified brokers.

INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO CURRENTLY

Have no health insurance

Bought insurance through the Connect for Health Colorado Marketplace and need to review their plan before renewing

Buy their own health insurance

Have Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or CHP+ and need help with their redetermination or reporting changes to income or household size

Are undocumented and eligible to enroll in a Colorado Connect plan

Get health insurance from an employer, but the cost for the covered employee is more than 8.39% of household income or their partner falls into the "family glitch"

WHO IS LARIMER HEALTH CONNECT?
Our team offers free, in-person help from certified Health Coverage Specialists. We can help you shop for coverage and complete the application process for health insurance offered through the Marketplace, as well as go over the financial assistance options that are only available through Connect for Health Colorado.
